Background: Bancourt Development a division of Bancourt plc are undertaking a housing development of approx 8 houses from 4 bed detached to 2 bed apartments at Catteshall Mill in Godalming. There is also a commercial development of 9 Freehold Office suites. APC have been commisioned to produce the branding and brochures for the development and will handle all aspects of marketing including site boards, the marketing suite and interactive demos.
